Celebrating 50 Years Brewed in the USA
Celebrating 50 years of brewing in the USA! Kikkoman has built a worldwide production and sales network over the years, establishing a name for itself on a global scale. You might not know that Kikkoman established its first manufacturing facility in the United States in 1973 in Walworth, Wisconsin. This location is ideal due to its proximity to wheat and soybean production. The four basic components of soy sauce - water, soybeans, wheat, and salt, are all imported from North America.

Panko
Along with Soy Sauce, Kikkoman makes many other sauces and products like Panko breadcrumbs! Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs are made fresh from specially baked, crustless bread. With its distinct, oblong shape, Panko crumbs are larger, crispier, and lighter, so they coat without “packing” like regular bread crumbs. Their delicate, crisp texture makes them the ideal choice for baked or fried foods allowing them to stay crispier longer. Try Panko on onion rings, crab cakes, or chicken nuggets.
